2. Refund Conditions by Product Type

2.1 Digital Content and Subscriptions

Premium Memberships: If you have purchased a premium membership subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not extensively used the premium features. After 14 days, or if significant usage has occurred, refunds are provided on a prorated basis at our discretion.

One-time Digital Purchases: For one-time digital purchases (such as guides, e-books, or special reports), refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the content has been accessed, refunds are generally not available unless the content is substantially different from what was advertised.

2.2 Consultation Services

For CS2 trading consultation services:

  • Cancellation before scheduling: Full refund
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: 50% refund
  • No-show or cancellation after the scheduled start time: No refund

If a consultation session is canceled by CS Gaming Hub for any reason, a full refund will be provided, or the session will be rescheduled at your convenience.

2.3 Virtual Items and Trading-Related Services

Due to the nature of virtual items and trading services, special conditions apply:

  • Trading advice services are eligible for a refund only if the service was not delivered as described.
  • Market analysis reports are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of delivery if they contain significant factual errors.
  • Fees related to trading facilitation are generally non-refundable once the trading process has commenced.

3. Refund Processing Time

3.1 Timeframe for Processing

Upon approval of a refund request, we will process the refund according to the following timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: 1-3 business days

3.2 Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.

3.3 Processing Fees

Please note that certain payment processors charge fees that cannot be recovered by CS Gaming Hub. In such cases:

  • For refunds processed within 30 days of purchase, we will absorb these fees and provide a full refund.
  • For refunds processed after 30 days, a small administrative fee (not exceeding 5% of the purchase price or £10, whichever is less) may be deducted from the refund amount.
